Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it does, it wins me plays. When it doesn't, it loses me games. I don't understand why my defenders are looking at a quarterback running toward the line of scrimmage (R3), and they (R3!) just hold their (R3!!!) spot.
Is r3 really the button for that ?
Clearly u stated it only works occasionally like everything else in the game it seems lol, but hell I didn’t even know there was a command for that ll take a small chance of it working instead of never getting anyone to react to those roll outs

I did not know there was a command for this. I've been losing my mind when my players just stand there in their zones whilst the QB scrambles for free

Might be a terminology thing, and I'm sure there are configuration options for this. Many users see "trigger" as the buttons in the back of the controller, and not the depression of the right control stick you seem to be referring to.
