I haven't had to request refund through xbox in, forever? So idk I chat with someone and they have a process to request refund, hopefully that is successful.

you know, my toddler might have to do that too

I have ALL purchases on my PS password protected. Otherwise my kids would’ve maxed out my credit card a looooong time ago.

I hope so for your sake. Sometimes I look at my cart in the PS store and my son has like 15-20 games in there that he’s trying to buy, lol.

Yeah I found the option to create a pin for purchases. So that can be avoided in the future.

I chatted with Xbox, they walked me thru the refund request, instantly denied, the chat rep told me to respond to the email confirmation I received, so I can get a human to see the request.

I had called my credit card company first, they can help after the purchase is settled (it was pending).

So if Xbox can't refund me, I may have to have CC company help, but I fear that may be a despute or charge back situation, and I fear that could impact my account thru EA, but I will cross that bridge when I have to.

they refund you for games if you request within a day or two…they didnt refund my points purchases that also didnt show up for two weeks tho

basically they are all assholes, ea/microsoft/nfl

I think I’m a bit lucky, I didn’t really expect a refund especially for digital currency. But I’ve never requested a refund on anything thru Microsoft. And my account is from 2007 or so.
