Is there any way I can block the nose and the user? I have 9 o linemen and 1 RB blocking and I still can’t block it, sometimes it does or I just have to make the user miss or get bailed out with freight train

If your opponent is hovering at the line you can use Oline audibles to untarget the player which tells your line that the user player is probably not going to blitz so don't worry about blocking him. Another thing you need to consider is using pass plays with quicker routes like slants, short crossers, etc. so you can get the ball out of your QBs hand more quickly if the blitz is coming in hot.

I don’t pass

You need to find some pass plays that you're comfortable with to balance out your attack just a little bit or you're gonna get players that will take the run away and force you into passing situations. If I have an opponent that does not make me have to respect his passing attack I'm eventually figuring out his running style and taking that away because I know they're not passing at all.
untarget the linebacker and prob use zone power run instead of guard or center pull runs…the opp will try to manually chase you with the linebacker until they miss and you start breaking runs, then they usually stop their hover
just dont do zone runs, easy peasy
You can't run any inside zone play against it. Try running draws or traps/base type runs where you have a pulling guard. That's why I've found the most success with.

If Denial of Service attacks were not prohibited by law, I could endorse it as a fair response to glitching of this sort.

my guard pulling leaves an opening for the nose tackle or linebacker lol, still have to make one of them miss if opp is competent!

Denial of Service attacks are a form of cyberattack. They’re designed to stifle network traffic, and are effective at disrupting communications to the extent that the attacked endpoint would receive a loss by disconnect.
Not endorsing one form of cheating over another here, but if hover dime is Meta, Denial of Service attacks are META.
