Whether it is the start on version of the BND TOTY cards or the "Ultimate" - Superstar X-Factor on current cards like TOTY, Flashbacks, UL . . . can you knock them out of the zone or are they always on once activated? I can't see on the card the conditions to get knocked out of the zone.

Just want to know if I am wasting an ability spot on Persistent right now.

not tryna be that guy but it says deactivate: unstoppable 

so yes it stays on all game
