How to counter the hover run defense cheese

Title, I want to be able to run the ball but this hover shit is causing my lineman to have the brain of a 2 year old who doesnt understand the most basic blocking rules

The best solution is literally you cannot run Inside Zone. You can try untarget on the hover defender, but sometimes you get stuffed anyway.

It's terrible.

run duo, power runs, counters, thats the counter, like the previous guy said, there is no way to block it for inside zones or any zone runs really 

it does make dual streaks out of any duece close formation much easier though

I logged in tonight to play. I was in a Super Bowl I saved from last weekend… Very first game, scum kick which he recovered for a td after I fumbled, followed by hover…

Nah, you can waste your hour, I’m not…

I can handle the hover defense at this point only because its so common now and I hardly run as it is. But my god those scum kicks to start the game are a different level of infuriating, 

u just know you’re running into the biggest possible type of loser on the game

The biggest losers seem to win the most frequently. Maybe something needs to be fixed.
