Any conversation regarding "OVR" ratings is liek nails down a chalkboard for me -- that's how someone who just got the game for Christmas might speak.  We all know that those OVR ratings have exactly zero bearing on how well a card plays or performs in-game.  Such a tremendously strange flex, indeed.  Sheesh.

At least wait until it's a big, golden 99... but even then, it's a huge misnomer.
