Must be so nice being able to get into mut

I’m having to do a hard reset on my modem every day.  After that I can log in and stay on.

EA's official, and only explanation, comes from their website:

EA Sports  Madden NFL 26 - Server status = Some Issues.

NFL 26 is the only game affected.  From the posts here at MUT.gg it appears that PS/5 is the only platform affected.

After many days of reported problems, there are two conclusions.  

EA does not know how to fix the problem. AND/OR

EA does not care about the problem.  

From a business perspective, EA has decided that fixing the problem will cost more than the lost revenue from a subset of PS/5 users.  Until some honcho at Sony (big sponsor of MCS) gets involved this problem will continue.

Oh damn I forgot their slogan. 

EA sports. We don't care.

This. For weeks now. I log on to Franchise, go to notifications and click on the top one which seems to backdoor me into MUT.

Yeah, it just seems to randomly let you in if you keep trying for long enough. But, you can be kicked out just as randomly, and the whole process starts again.

I'm personally in US and have had no issues at all.

I couldn't find a game in ranked or seasons, only the event last night. It must be effecting a lot of people.

I did not have issues until today. On PS5 in the US. Unable to get into MUT at all.

I've been having this problem for weeks now (PS5, UK) and only saw something on twitter yesterday that seems to fix it for me. Only thing that fixes it/works for me every time:

Once disconnected connect back by pressing R2 and then go to superstar mode, then go to the ranked tab in superstar. Back all the way out and it lets you in.

Yes this works. I saw this posted on one of EAs sites by one of their Admins. 

1. Reconnect to EA Servers via Right Trigger/R2
2. Enter Superstar >Showdown Ranked
3. Exit Superstar to Main Menu
4. Go to Notifications and select "You've unlocked a MUT Item"

PS5, from Brazil, trying like 30 times to succeed for the past 5 days.
