For my out of position runningback herb adderly it says if you achieve 96 break tackle that you can unlock unstoppable freight train and i’m at 99 and it won’t let me equip it, it still says it’s locked

Unfortunately the unlock requirements for abilities have to be stock ratings. You can’t boost the rating to unlock abilities.
