I had not lost a single CPU game all year until this week. Now I just lost a 2 games on the 2nd run and then just lost another game on my 2nd try. I am looking for some tips before I lose again.
Edit: My offense is fine. I just can't stop them when I'm on defense.
Spam cheese plays and drags. The CPU seems to get confused with Dollar formation when behind as well.

I should have clarified. I have no problem scoring. It when I'm on defense. I cannot get enough stops to come back.

ahh, when ik they’re gonna run blitz everyone, and when they’re passing mix up plays from Dollar formation

You should try to run Cover 1 Robber / Cover 2 Man, it works well for me, you probably gonna loose few yds but you can easily stop it

mid blitz with the guy manned up to the running back brought down to the middle and assigned to blitz doesn't work anymore?

Drags/slants/dagger and qb rollouts on offense+ mid blitz but set cpu sub lb into 5 yard mid reads presnap and user the other.(safties close, hooks 5 yards)
Fumbles seem like the best luck...but yeah, CPU is better than H2H offenses.

Thats kinda my only "trick" to beating them. Make sure they can return kicks so I can cause a fumble, leave the flats open so I can pop the hb in open space for a fumble.
I generally stay in a cover3 zone for what I feel is the best blank coverage, no shading underneath or over because they attack it(they shouldn't be able to know if i hit pass/run commit...). Cover2 will get you instantly torched and cover4 will leave the TEs open all day.
3rd quarter is quite a bit easier than the 4th, so I run up the score and let their bs rng even things out.
If you get them in a punt situation toward the end of the 3rd with the clock running, call a TO so they cant run it into the 4th.
strong blitz unless theyre for certain passing then zone, running for sidelines on each play
