You get around 8 in the field pass/challenges
You can get 1 for your first run of the CPU event and 2 every run after that.
You can get some in the H2H event as well

On release 1 you could get 3 tokens for training, which also reset today as well for release 2. Each token is 16,800 training.

I think I read/heard that you start from tier one. So it'd be 13 games I believe.
