If it is true that you've been sued by EA before, you're an absolute knucklehead for at least two reasons: Your statement is a magnet for hostile lawyers, and you would be subject to much more severe sanctions than threatened in your first run-in with EA Legal. But if you had actually been sued before, you wouldn't be here, would you?
