Wanted to bump this on the off chance someone knows. I realize it’s a long shot.
I don’t need speed cards on defense any more so I want to know how to optimize my team with other cards.

To be fair, Madden School took that list from us:

I was only ever able to get my hands on the original list, not an updated one.

My bad just the list that Google showed me. Can't wait to use this site day one of M23. I love the upgrades/ abilities features.

You can't trade or sell strategy cards. Wish you could.

I think the offensive strat cards with SPD are the only ones that don’t get S4 boosts.
I know for sure these strat cards get S4 boosts:
Iron Wall
Pave The Way
Zone Run
Play Fake
West Coast
Short Route Specialist
Reel In
Wrecking Ball

I'm pretty sure the Outside In def strat does NOT get extra S4 boosts. No speed boost, not sure what the deal with this one is.

They dont want people just usign the speed boost ones all year and not switching out
