How does 0 AP happen?
Like how does Robert Hunt pass protector version get 0 AP secure protector with 93 strength but someone like Yanda with 97 strength have to pay 1 AP?
Are there other players like that?
I have enough power energy to get a free 96 Genki player, which is the best?
the genki cards get layer specific buckets so EA picks and chooses what they want there (thats how Hunt gets 0 secure on his pass pro version)

I agree with Robert Hunt Pass Protector is the best overall card to choose as BND.

not all of them
for the S6 bucket the card needs to hit a certain stat threshold. on the player specific ability buckets, thats where the choose
