It does if they can get past the DT's. Pancake blocks all over. Open field runs against DB's is fun to watch.

This really depends -- if you primarily run a lot of Stretch type / outside runs, i tend to prefer Post Up, which enables us to get dominant double-team wins, which hopefully opens things up for us to scamper around and get to the edge. I've found Nasty Streak to be wonderful on inside runs, especially if you have any type of pulling Guard or whatever. In lieu of Nasty Streak on OT, you could potentially try Honorary Lineman on a TE.
If all that fails, there's Vanguard on a small handful of players, although it is nowhere near as impactful as in prior seasons. We had quite the time during Zero Chill, regularly getting one (or both) TEs lit up with Unstoppable Vanguard, requiring just a single TD to activate for the remainder of the game.
If we can only choose one, i prefer Post Up. Ideally on Center and both OTs, or in lieu of that, both interior OGs. YMMV. Nasty Streak can be good, but it requires at least minimal speed for your linemen to get to the second level. It's fantastic against the Double Mug nonsense, your guards can blow up the guys trying to shoot the gap, since they are typically Safeties and/or Linebackers.
