CPU Event

I finished all 3 tiers.  If I buy a Key for the3rd level from the store can I jump to level 3.  I suppose so, but just want to make sure before I spend the Power.  Or is it better to buy the cheaper Level 2 key and grind 20 games?   (Don't want to play 30)

If you buy the Level 3 entrance key, you can start Level 3

Both the keys are worth it imo because they get you to the level 3 rewards faster. Havent touched the level one event yet.
