Trying to figure out how I'm not seeing the most recent auctions posted (59 mins). I can refresh the price on this site and see a snipe drop, but someone always beats me to it.
I've tried using as many auction filters as possible, set the filter to "most recent" instead of "buy now" and have even tried the mut companion app but I'm still getting beat. Anyone know any other strategies for sniping?
Only time I've ever gotten snipes is using the app. I seem to see cards faster. That said, there is some sort of rng delay where you don't always see posts right away and it can even take 2-4 minutes. It's awful.
EA changed it a couple of years ago...all cards do not show immediately when posted on all accounts. In other words, sometimes I am able to see a card for a couple of minutes prior to my friend's account when using the same exact filters, and sometimes he can see them before I can. There is no apparent rhyme or reason to it either. I've also found that the companion app is not 100% accurate on this either. Some speculate this was EA's attempt to stop the bots on the AH.
Companion app got nerfed this year. Last year it allowed you to get cards the instant they were posted. Now it functions the same as in game with the random couple minute delay. They also got rid of saving specific filters. Anything to get us to spend more irl money.
