Finally got emailed my letter from a real EA employee - and not EA Help bots
To paraphrase the letter
"Their legal team did a full investigation and found out I did not violate any rules"
I was rewarded with 5 platinum packs for my patience.
This is why you need to address the letters for the Legal team, they want to avoid arbitration
(as I'm sure they bill out their legal team employees at $300-$400 per hour...so a few hours in arbitration would cost them much more than the $$$ of your coins)
They will likely be the ones to restore your coins
