Saw they released a 99 spd all 32 chem auto active X-factor running back (lol), the lobbies have more bunch nasty then ever, the defensive audible spamming is ramapant.

Anyone else feel like its the perfect time to hang it up?

After the P2W atrocities by EA this year safe to say it will be my last madden ever.

For sure, the game is officially broke. It will get fun around mid March again.

You don't have to quit now, you'll have other opportunities to do so...

When EA assigns all of their key devs to Madden '27 in February/March and hand the daily management over to the interns, who then start f--king up the store and making other errors on a bi-weekly basis...always when you weren't on the game and therefore missed out! (oh yeah, this is coming soon!)
When everyone has 97 OVR teams after TOTY in March
When everyone has 6'8"+ WR, CBs and Safeties after All Star Athletes in April
When everyone has 98 OVR teams after Draft Night and GTs in May

I wonder how much of these annual "quitting" threads that always start around now are directly caused by EA pushing Theme Teams, which start to become increasingly less valuable around this time of year.

i’ve never played mut before this year and I’ve never seen p2w at such insanley high rates by a game talking about $100s and 100s of dollars just a CHANCE to pull a LTD 🤣 every week with a different promo

Been playing John Madden Football since the original in 1998. Todays game is nothing even close to what EA and Madden had intended it to be. It’s at this time of year that all the online basement heros and couch champions come out and spam every glitch in the game just to feel good about themselves. I have posted before that an honest online opponent is impossible to find. This game is nothing about football and everything about money. On simple solution to all these scumbag glitche hero’s is being able to block them as an opponent. This used to be an option and it limited the bullshit. EA needs to bring this back.
