I am writing regarding my EA account "YOUR EA ID", which received an Auction House restriction/ban and coin removal in Madden NFL 26 Ultimate Team on "YOUR CONSOLE" on "DATE OF BAN". I have carefully reviewed the EA User Agreement and Madden NFL 26 rules and am not aware of any conduct on my part that violates these terms. Â I have also never received any prior warning of any violations during my 5+ years of playing Madden Ultimate Team
Under general consumer protection and fair treatment principles, I respectfully request a clear, specific explanation of:
    1. The exact rule(s) or policy provision(s) EA alleges I violated.
    2. The approximate dates, times, and nature of the in game actions or transactions that EA claims constitute this violation (for example, specific Auction House listings or coin transfers). Without this information, I have no meaningful way to understand or correct any alleged violation, which is inconsistent with fair and transparent enforcement of your rules.Â
I hope to continue to play Madden Ultimate Team for many years. Please provide this explanation and the core evidence or data you relied on to impose the ban, or confirm in writing if no such evidence can be identified. If this action was taken in error, I request that my Auction House access be fully restored, the coins I earned be returned to my account and any related flags on my account be removed or I will be forced to follow up with binding arbitration
The main attraction of the Ultimate Team game mode is to be able to build your ultimate team. I rely on using the auction house to accomplish this goal. An auction ban severely diminishes the enjoyment of this game mode, and Madden Ultimate Team without an auction house Is not what I paid for. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Excellent.: they just wiped my coins after I built a bunch of sets with my mystery pack rollover when those ultimate upgrade cards came out… was up pretty good and then poof.. false “distribution”claim.. I’m gonna alter that a tiny bit and send it off..

It takes about 4 days for them to recieve the letter
Then i was unbanned 3 weeks later

As a person who has been banned twice last two years— congrats I’m currently in appeal for 22milliom as well— I got account back last year with 33m as well. Happy for you
Congrats. Ea removed over 25 million in December from my account. Â I reached out and received a reply. I broke the terms of service, and coins would not be returned. I have played mut for years and am not sure what I did wrong. Â Congrats to those who can get their coins back.
