Yeah, totally sucks. I just filed a support ticket - we will see. Hopefully they have a way to check my account and see I actually won the game.

I was on my 18th game the other day in the 21 game event. Crashed as I was kneeling the ball to end the game. Then the next day I was on the 2nd round, after I won a game, it gave me the win but also gave me a loss showing score of 0 to 0. The time wasted on that stupid event is frustrating.

Anyone else get booted and can’t submit a ticket? I was midway through game 8 and got a server error, everything in my house is working fine. I went to ea support and attached the clip, it won’t even let me submit.

Me too. Opening drive of the 8th game. I had plans for that card, too. Totally aggravating. The EA support page was no help

My game crashed when i went to play the event and it gave me a loss😂😂😂😂 so i never got the chance to play smh🤦🏾‍♂️

Don't worry guys, I'm confident EA will do the right thing and give us all the pack anyway.
