What’s better theme team or making the best team overall?

I’m running 50/60 titans tt and I’ve been thinking about just making the best team overall and see how it goes but I just wonder

I’m a 50/60 Colts TT and I think the best way to do it is to keep the 50 and go for 20/20 of the current promo (or even if you don’t get 20, just fill your biggest holes with some promo players). It’s easy enough now to keep 50 with all the x2 and x3 chem players so there are enough open roster spots for some of the top currently released players.

ive got ravens tt at 55,  alot of the 92 ringseeker dudes and playoff cards that are also ravens currently,  i have elway as qb

I have 60 Bucs and 30 ZC. I tried different ways to do it, but my team didn't play any better, no matter what my lineup was.

Quite honestly ABILITIES over any player or team build. I've gone from best player TT, to crystal based TT, to Peyton manning 5 pt gunslinger/zero chill 2 point secure protector stack TT, to pure Raider LOGO TT. It's truly all about how much fun you can find to compete/have fun.

I run 30 eagles and I just fill in with the best players possible until I have enough promo chem for +1 speed

in M23 i ran ravens until the RPs came out and ran a full lineup of them at the end (when every team actually got one)
