Marshawn Lynch causing Desync

I have been using the Marshawn Ring Chaser non BND and had no issues. I finally got the BND set of him and sold the original. Ever since ive been getting desynced from every game. Is it just the BND ring chasers causing this desync? any one with further information let me know

BND? I thought all the ring chasers you get back from doing the set are auctionable?
