There are way too many things to complain about when it comes to EA and their complete lack of accountability toward their players.
Today was one of the most frustrating days I’ve had since coming back to MUT.
The day actually started fine. Super Bowl card prices dropped, I upgraded my team, completed the Ring Seekers set, and felt good about where things were headed.
Then I saw the new 50,000 coin Super Bowl Frenzy pack.
Two million coins later, everything I had, and absolutely nothing to show for it.
And honestly? That part is on me. I chose to rip packs.
What pushed this over the edge was what came next.
I jumped into challenges to cool off, then noticed the new “Super Bowl Day” event. I figured at worst I’d earn my second Super Bowl 95 BND pack and recover something for the time invested.
Instead, the game disconnected.
No reward. No make-good. No acknowledgment.
The problem isn’t that the game disconnected—it’s that EA knows this is an ongoing issue and continues to ignore it.
I’m honestly exhausted—physically and mentally—from playing a game that feels deliberately designed to punish its players.
I’m not looking for responses or sympathy. I want EA to understand that every player has a final straw, and this was mine.
