Inconsistent overalls of some players being displayed

In the lineup Donovan Wilson is 96 overall but in the item binder it says 98 overall 

Maliek Collins shows up as 94 overall in the lineup screen but on the top players he's 97

Is this just a random glitch?

Wilson I have at FS with chems enabled (Carmichael and Roy Williams are SS, I'd prefer to keep Williams there because he has x3 chems)

Collins is DT and not OOP

the binder is showing his OVR if he were to be at SS, him being at FS moves him down an OVR or 2

idk why Collins is messed up tho
