Can you use bnd cards reemed with spotlight tokens for the flasback player upgrades?

Is it possible to put a bnd 92 troy vincent in the 95, or do i need to use a non bnd to fully upgrade the him?

You should be able to use a bnd… not sure if the 92 Troy Vincent would be in the bnd packs you can purchase using tokens tho.

yes, I have used BND versions of cards to power up both Gilmore and Murphy Jr.
