u just hold right trigger for speed boost, i believe the guy giving tutorials is looking for clicks/views

Yea he did a live and I watched it. He didn’t really show you how to do it, I feel like it was more of a flex showing that he knows how to do it. In his defense doing the speed boost is kinda hard to show someone how to do it.
He was saying he’s the best speed booster in madden right now and that is far from the truth. He’s very average compared to the people Ive seen. He’s a great player but definitely not a top speed booster.

his first stream a few days ago was def more a tutorial and i agree with you, this one was more just him doing it

I watched the first video and now I'm speed boosting on 80% of my runs.
I get the your experience was different than mine, but the results speak for themselves.
I could never get the the L2 way to work.
