Without a doubt in my mind does it ruin the game. The skill gap is completely gone if you have an Ebook. If you try to cover the streak and deep post on MTN HB choice then you’ll get torched on a corner route. If you cover the corner route you’ll get killed with the flat route. On and on and on again. The problem isn’t even the playbook it’s that everyone uses it so you basically play the same person each game. There is zero diversity. I love to find new plays in a playbook that work by myself but bunch x nasty is so OP and overused. The game is basically just robots that have the same TT and call the same plays. I dont want to complain but its just so boring now

I 100% agree with you. I think E books in general ruined the game of MUT in it’s entirety. We have all these different unique plays and everyone and they mom wants to run the same shit over and over again. I just wanna hop on the game, run coach suggestions, try out different playbooks and see how I like them. Instead every damn game is a sweat fest like I’m playing in an MCS league.
Honestly, my approach isn’t about ranked or anything. I don’t got time for that. My time is too valuable to be spending it trying to beat someone that’s calling cheese plays. If they want the win, they got it. I play the game to have fun. My best games sometimes are even losses because it was such a close and fun game. I know I won’t be the best at the game so, screw it. If someone wants to do those type of plays, I’ll quit out and queue again.
I think it does it’s to op

My suggestion to you and many others is to learn about different passing concepts. The same thing goes for defense. Learn what the strengths and weaknesses of the defensive coverages and when to use them. The reason we see so many players using the same plays and strategies is because they go online and see the videos breaking down the "Money Plays". Those same players don't understand that its not about that specific play. Its all about the passing concepts that are baked into the plays on either side of the field. Many passing plays feature a specific passing concept on one side and a different passing concept on the other side that you're going to choose from based on your presnap read of the defense. For the longest time there were plays in my playbooks that I would never touch because I didn't understand how and when to really use them. Once you start figuring out the passing game concepts you're most comfortable with and when to use them you can become a lot more unpredictable on offense create your own combinations from any formation on the fly when necessary.
