I'm sure there's a reason that I just don't know, but I was wondering why all the other Seattle Seahawks got all the NFC team chems, but Chris Stoll didn't? I run an Eagles TT and pulled him when he was in the shop and kept him just in case they made the superbowl.

Because all the other Seahawks didn't get all NFC team chems... only the few released with part 3 did

wild card cards get x2 of their team chem if they won
divisional round cards got their division chems if they won
championship cards got nfc/afc chems if they won

The weird thing about this structure is that the biggest winner from the promo was the 49ers, who got x2 chems for making it to the Divisional Round, got chems from the Divisional Playoff-contending set of Rams and Seahawks players, and chems from the Conference Championship-contending Seahawks set. Since they didn't make it into the Conference Championship, they didn't return the favor.
In all, the 49ers got an LTD, five champions, and eight heroes out of Playoffs.
