I'm considering putting 0AP Defensive Rally on Carl Banks who I use as a User LB. I'm currently running Mid Zone KO (+Lurker) but not having much success with Mid Zone KO lighting up when I user him, I'm probably too deep most of the time I user Mid Zone KO if I had to guess. Does anybody have any experience with Defensive Rally? I see they changed the description to "Repairs fatigue of all defensive lineman on 3rd/4th Down" this year, where previous years it would say something along the lines of "Replenishes Pass Rush points on 3rd/4th down". I just want to make sure it'd be giving me pass rush points and not just stamina. Any advice on either of these abilities would be greatly appreciated! Also if you have any other ability stack for Carl Banks that might be better feel free to LMK.

You want to pair 1-2 defensive rally's when running 3-4 dline with Double or Nothing. This ensures they have enough pass rush points on crucial downs to activate since Double or nothing takes 2 pass rush points to activate.

Curious point as in years passed, you can only do one defensive rally. Can't stack

I'm pretty sure I was able to stack them in MUT 25. Or was that MUT 24. Definitely one MUT during the past two years. That was especially effective in events that had a 'twenty yards for a first down' requirement.

Start investing in menace ability, i get a lot of knockouts from this and it doesn't matter what type of defensive assignment a player is in or where they are on the field

it definitely stacked last year, people were putting up to 4 when they were able to start getting them free. idk about the years before that

I have it on Mack as we speak. Just wasn't aware you could stack. Or maybe we need verification on this one

I actually did some pretty thorough testing on stacking defensive rally a few years back and it was still working the same through MUT25.

However this year pass rushers don’t use pass rush points so I’m not sure how we could effectively test if it’s stacking or not. I just started 26 at Christmas so maybe someone else would have better info on how it works this year.

Was going to mention your thread since you did all the work lol
A couple of points here:
- Mid Zone KO will not activate for user-controlled defenders except for the knockout part of that ability, which should light up if there is a near-simultaneous collision/catch animation. Anything where you are not arriving at the ball the same time the receiver does will not light up this ability for users. This ability is much better on AI defenders, as the quicker reaction time from this ability will lead to better knockout animations.
- In MUT26, stamina === pass rush points, so repairing ALL defensive lineman stamina/pass rush points on 3rd and 4th downs for 0AP is well worth it. You do not need to stack this ability, as it already applies to all defensive lineman and repairs 100% of their stamina (to my knowledge).
- To take things a step further, I use the 4-2-5 and Nickel packages, each using different EDGE rushers so that I can save the stamina of my pass rushers for 3rd and 4th down, and utilize my run stuffers (who are still great pass rushers) on run-first downs. In my lineup, the run stuffers are Za'Darius Smith and Jevon Kearse, and my pass rushers are Lawrence Taylor (with the 10AP Unstoppable Force ability) and DeMarcus Ware. This rotation keeps them fresh, and then I have 2AP defensive rally on my DT.

Yeah it was occuring to me why actually you would need to stack to begin with because it appeared only 1 defensive rally regenerates the entire line on both downs. I really enjoyed using LT a few weeks back but the lack of kos was tough to deal with. Atm I'm on a cover 4 midblitz defense. 4 dzkos, 1 defensive rally
