What players get upgraded with SB token and what players with Ultimate token

EA never FKCING explains anything properly! What players can I use SB token on and what players can I use Ultimate Upgrade Token On

This has 51 views so far not one answer lol

I just did some SB challenge and I can get some coins or an 89+ SB player or Stardom Upgrade Token I don't want to FCKING pick . With the last promos I had to go through the FKCING catlog trying to figure out what upgrades to use on what players. Ridiculous. Now have to do that again?

Like always EA wants you to pick w/o info so you waste a pick their FCKING CON GAMES TO FKC PEOPLE OVER never stop. Then get frustrated then spend money to make your frustration go away. FKC EA TO FCKING HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just checked the catolog 1 SB card requires one kind of token another SB cards another kind of token and the rest don't upgrade. SMFH

theres no star token for sketch and ngata, they are also the stardom tokens too
