Drip down chemistry not working

Is there something that needs fixed with the chemistry i have 6/6 with Jones Godchaux Phillips Tunsil Burrow and Hollins and it shows zero boosts ? What am I missing

Only boost certain collector series cards?

This item comes with 4 different Motivator Chemistries to choose from, which boost Collector's Series players from previous seasons. 6 player components are required to unlock the Chem's boosts.

  • Drip Down - Signature
    • Boosts Season 1 CS Players
    • +6 ratings boosts
  • Drip Down - Mythics
    • Boosts Season 2 CS Players
    • +3 ratings boosts
  • Drip Down - Retro
    • Boosts Season 3 CS Players
    • +2 ratings boosts
  • Drip Down - Holiday
    • Boosts Season 4 CS Players
    • +1 ratings boosts

From what I understand, the drip cards themselves wont actually get the boost, which is really dumb. Only the specific Collector's Series tcards that match the type on the boost will get it.

wait - you have to buy 6 components (the 94 / 95 drip guys) to unlock the chems for an earlier season? in this case, season 1 for the +6 chems? that is absurd lol

That is correct. They boost CS players from previous seasons, not current CS players.

it’s 6 of any of the current collector series players, any player where there in normal clothes or game day outfits.

The boosts do not state that. They say, "Boosts all Holiday Highlights [or Signature, Mythics, Retro] Collectors Series Champion and LTD Players."
Drip is not included in that. I can't imagine EA doesn't have something up it's sleeve. I bet they release a player set that can equip any of those sub-specialties of Collector's Series chems.

yesterday it stated it would boost drop down now today they changed it. There should be a maeright bc now i’ve wasted my coins on smth that’s worthless
