To me that was horrible and they didn’t even attempt to act like they were going review it just left it as is. That was the game right there Bills were in field goal range. Crazy Allan deserve a shot to play in the Super Bowl and that’s as an eagles fan.

Gotta complete the catch when you hit the ground. We see it multiple times a games.  

Cooks never had clear possession and say the ball flew out and hit the ground rather than stolen, it would’ve been an incomplete pass. Ball was moving in his arms as it hit his face mask upon catching the ball and as they hit the ground the DB had 2 hands on the ball. Cooks hit the ground, ball is loose.

If both players have the ball at the same time of hitting the ground it goes to the WR every time that’s literally the rule. Cooks has the ball and then on the ground the db rolled over and took it out technically that’s a fumble at that point and the player is down by contact

But if I remember correctly Cooks didn’t have the ball secured even before the db got his hands on it.
