I have a play I like to run in the red zone and throw it to the WR almost every time. I'm curious what type of blocking the WRs use on these, Run block or Pass block?
Edit: Or does it not matter at all?

Everyone has a play they like to run in the red zone and throw it to the WR almost every time. It's not just you. It's broken for everyone.
Ever notice how sometimes you get an Illegal Man Downfield penalty on those RPO plays? That's because the linemen run block, and if the pass attempt is delayed too much, they get more than one yard downfield, which draws the flag. I'm of the understanding that the wide receivers are run blocking as well.
