Why can't I use some Strategy Items?

I got a QB Guru M Strategy Item and it wont let me equip it to my team. I'm looking to see if anyone else has had this problem.

same....made a bunch from sets and cant use any of them lol smh

and now they all turned to QS lol i swear this trash ass company messes up on the regular....id rather have my strat items back
