Very much enjoying this formation esp with a run heavy play style. Right now not doing anything too special - running out of the jumbo package primarily
anyone else use this formation? If so, what does your backfield look like? Would love to hear what has been working for everyone
This looks interesting hmmm... What's your scheme? Who are your RB/FB/TE ?
Testing the viability / hearing the community’s thoughts before investing too heavy, right now running jumbo package:
- RB1: Forte
- FB1: Q. Nelson (zero chill)
- FB2: Poe (note jumbo formation plays TE3, which is what Poe is in my lineup)
- TE1: Kelce
Honestly I’ve found just effectively speed boosting to be enough to get outside and wait for the two fullbacks to block downfield
This really is as far as I’ve got - seeking the same info you asked for lol

HB Toss to Gibbs out of the Maryland I Close is hard to stop.
To be clear I’m only speed boosting immediately post-snap. Definitely not trying to be condescending (I suck and can boost easily) just practice it for 10 or so minutes and you should get it!
