I sent in the binding arbitration letter to ea and voila, i am no longer AH banned.  

Unfortunately they did not give me back my coins from when they were wiped so that sucks just like EA

i got ah banned on 11/30 so 45 days, 

however i sent the binding arbitration letter 8 days ago certified mail and they got it Friday

so 2-3 business days from the time they got that letter.

If they didn’t restore your coins, you continue to reserve the right to binding arbitration. Insist that they restore your coins.

i didnt reserve the right i said lets proceed with formal arbitration as outlined in the EA User Agreement to recover the value of the time and resources invested in my account.

Been wondering this exact thing...if there's any hope. It sucks being banned once, then trying to make another MUT account from scratch and being banned again...it's impossible to get back to par to compete with the god squads online.
