"Menace" Ability

Is the Menace ability 100% useless?  Does anyone use it and find it effective??

I haven’t tried it, but the circumstance to trigger it is pretty specific.  Combine that with abilities only activating sometimes and I figure you could go pretty long stretches without ever seeing it light up.

To me yes. You basically have to catch that player perfecting while they are catching the ball for it to work.
