Zero Chill program strat card +1 all stats

I thought the +1 all stats was giving speed before, doesn't seem to now?

Either way, it deff isn't boosting "all stats".

they nerfed it now that the promos over. still get decent boosts in other places and multiple team chems with the stocking stuffers so a lot of the ZCs are still starting for me since playoffs are going to be shit for a depressed cowboy fan/TTer.
