I've recently got back into MUT after playing CUT for the past 2 months. I tried to complete the Sub-Zero Epic Challenges yesterday because I want to get Trevon Diggs for my Packers theme team. Unfortunately the last solo 'Winter Wins' doesn't work for me. I complete the solo and get all 5 stars but when I return to the menu it says I have zero stars and I don't receive the reward. Has anybody else experienced this issue and does anybody have a fix or workaround for this issue?
there are a lot of users on EA-Forum with the same issue.
strange thing is i have all stars on this but played the challenge when it came out.

I'm not sure if this has been an issue with other challenges on this game as well, but I 100% know that this has been a very known issue on CUT this year. It's really interesting honestly because back in the day when I really grinded madden ultimate team this never happened.

Yeah I'm missing a team captains token also somehow. Not that it matters I don't use them anyways. It's just strange. And also sometime my weekly spotlight sets are already maxed even tho I didn't do them and lose the weekly tokens as well.
anyone know if this is fixed? tired of doing it and not getting the reward
