I stocked up on a LOT of 91s on Christmas when the prices were cheaper (~60k). Even at 75k they should be a solid investment (at least for as many as you may need for the 94 champ set that you intent to complete yourself). Of the 91s, I like the collectors, TOTW and Legends the most based on the assumption that each program will continue and require 5x of the programs cards.
The pricing of the new champs will be interesting as the community seems to have a surplus of coins to spend and I expect EA will try to obsolete everyone's zero chill lineups quickly.
While I don't think investing is a bad idea, I got burned so badly on the prior round of Collector's Series that I'm much more modest as to how I go about preparing to build future Champion items.

Understandable, but I think the OVR increase will be a hot commodity. Although with all the cheap 94 ovr LTDs out there, we've pretty much already seen an ovr increase. I would imagine most of even the average players have at least 3 LTDs on their team.

Maybe. I know the last year I played (2 years ago), ZC/Ghost TT was still very competitive a month or so after the ovr increase, new programs, etc. I hope they make it not as strong... Every tram is very very similar now cause of how easily obtainable the Champs and LTDs are.
Btw.. Go Broncos!!!

I preferred it when old programs kept their value. Kept their boosts.
Now EA takes them aways so we all have to get the newest cards.

Sure, but they can't make as much money if they don't make the new programs that much better than the previous ones.

Yep exactly right. They probably realized at least last year that those combine cards were so good it took 2 overall increases and the ASA promo to push people off the combine cards. Now all they gotta do is make everything promo chem based and forces everyone to constantly upgrade and spend money.

They can and are by making cards promo based. Forcing people off their cards and on to the next promo. Instead of making the discounts permanent like previous years.

You paid too much. You should’ve been buying them under 65k the past 2 weeks

That's what I was scared of... Im hoping it's similar to ZC and the wildcard 91s go for 90k+.

That’s the other problem with getting the wrong pulse on the market. When it comes time to cash in, other investors are able to sell on better margins than you can, which prevents you from making coins on volume. Now you have to be patient, and hope that the items are in high demand. I recovered from my Collector’s Series Retro mistake, but my final losses probably exceeded one million coins.
