EA"s auto ban how does it work??

This company has implemented an auto ban system and not specified how it works. They continue to coin wipe and auction ban players that have invested significantly on their game. To me they are the lowest of low! The NFL should part ways from the monopoly EA has created. Any one else out their been at the losing end of their auto ban before. I have sent 10+ disputes and certified letter of dispute. It seems like the TOS team in India hold peoples accounts for ransom. Truly been sad for the past three years they have killed my love for football as a game. Someone explain the reasoning behind this madness people just continue to endure for this company.
