he was such a loser it wasn’t even funny, I’m not affected but i really want this guy off madden. it’s actually disgusting the way he spoke to me, tried reporting through EA and got a 404 error once submitting

Madden is filled with so much hate even within this community, I just wish people were nicer.

Sounds like a problem with their website. I would try again in a few hours or tomorrow. That's definitely the way to report someone.
Unfortunately not. I had almost the exact same thing happen to me and I tried for hours to report, basically if WA has your money they don’t care about anything else. Sucks that this happened to you, sorry to hear.
ea.help but telling you now even if they do something youll never know. dec 7th when i contacted ea.help i had chatted with an ea bot that said theyll reach out in a few days. when they reached out they said in email to send video or screenshot evidence of my issue. after sending both screenshot and video they stopped responding to my emails and basically told me to F off.
This happens all the time to me. I report through Xbox. Usually gets them a short communication ban.
Mute opponent is your friend. I spam it personally. Talking ridiculous, talking too much, terrible background music = MUTE
