Yes we will be getting a new set of objectives to gain enough xp to complete the Field Pass.

No, they mentioned their plans with the last release of totw 15:
"This will be the last release of TOTW before a short pause during the holidays. TOTW 16 and 17 will both be released on January 7th when the program resumes. TOTW 18 and December's Players of the Month will be released on January 14th."
