After starting again 3 weeks ago whilst appealing a ban, and spending another 150 bucks, they banned me again this morning, why? Online cheating they said, I live in Thailand so maybe and I get some lag some time when I play, or was it because I just sold julius peppers for 1.7m when I only had 3m in my account. This Ea bot has put a big downer on my holiday. Is there anyway I can get my money back? Or do anything?
Arbitration. And force them to disclose their formula for auto-banning users.
If I was in the UK or US I would, but living in Thailand I'm not sure what my options are, there is a consumer protection agency here but I doubt EA would recognise it and just ignore it.

If EA refused to hold it by teleconference, a court could pierce their Terms of Use as unconscionable for the infeasibility of requiring a claimant to appear in person in California. They probably would permit it.

Thank you for the advice, I was almost done with the game, not sure it will be worth my time or stress to go down this route. I asked them for my money back, they said they couldn't because I already spent it on points, I may ask Mastercard and my bank to see of they can do anything on their end if its not too much stress or a drawn out process; if it is not then I'll just let it go, not worth the hassle

Chargebacks are always the nuclear option. That will have detrimental effects on your future ability to enjoy any EA title.
Definitely appeal both bans. Beyond that, all options to remedy this are time-intensive. Having purchases split between two accounts and having them both banned is one of the worst things I've heard of with this game.
It is, but in the future, I'm not sure I will want to play mut again for a good few years, by then we might be on ps6 and ill probably have a new account, I have to change bank accounts in this country whenever I get a new job here so making a new account won't be a problem.
