I haven’t been home to open the new refresh and I had 15k snow, will I be able to open up stockings on the 27th?

Yes but you cannot quick sell the present for snow

You can.

If you open stocking now, you can qs what you pull for snow if you don't care for what it might be. 

If you wait until after presents open tomorrow morning, every stocking you open after will auto open meaning you will be forced to accept the contents instead of having the option to sell for snow.
