Anyone know what the solo season set is for

If you're talking about the set that takes 32 solo season tokens, it gives you a random selection of 10 Champs at the time of doing the set where you choose one. 

So doing that set now would give you 10 93s to choose one from if you were to do it now and it increases as champ ovr increases.

You complete cpu games the league and the run every week collecting 32x tokens for 10x Random bnd champion cards(currently 93 ovrs) and pick 1x.

If I save my tokens can I get a 94+ ovr

Yes, as soon as the 94 Champions are released.

Do you know if there is an overall set limit for solo bnds? Like if someone saved all theirs until 99s could they get as many as they have tokens for, or is it similar to weekly spotlight sets were there is a cap to how many can be completed?
