A week or two after presents open as supply dwindles if you can stomach holding your items that much and don't need the coins.

Either in the first 10 mins or 10 days later.  There will be such a huge supply of these cards that they will all be going for close to the minimum for quite some time.  Don't think or treat these as normal LTD's on the market.
