So I just played my first game of the event and won it but yet was not credited for the win... which as you would expect is super frustrating knowing the fact that you have to go at least 10-1 to win the event and on  top of that but the ticket to get in cost about like a 93 OVR stocking stuffer. So I have no idea what I should do and if I should keep on playing the event or not. And should I contact EA Help? I would like to get compensation for something like this, but tell me if that's overreacting or not.

Honestly not even worth it to contact EA. They won’t do anything to help in this situation. If it was me, I would just move on and play the games.

No point not to play since you spent on the token.   The event will refresh and you'll lose it either way Thursday.   So just stay in your game knowing things will happen. 

You can make a ticket for EA Help but don't just wait for them to respond or for it to go anywhere.

you will get nothing, that is not what ea help is for.  they are there to give canned responses only and tell you the team is aware and blah blah blah

you can get mad or you can just accept that this is part of the game like most of us have

Same thing happened to me was 7-0 won my 8th game and it didn’t count luckily I ended up still finishing 10-0 but they need to fix this. Mode is too sweaty to not count wins
