Someone predicted Caleb Williams being the first pick present, and luck being the 2018 express. Assuming this is true, is it possible one could be OOP?

I don't think it's luck. It's cowboys colors so I'm guessing LVE done 2018 was his rookie year and his family bus was called the VE express.
Abominable beast is Colts colors if you need to see what I mean by 2019 express being cowboys colors. Douglas fir rancher is also same color scheme as 2018 express and I believe that one to be oop too tall.
