Does the speed boost work on cards without stock 90 COD?
For example, ZC Javonte Williams - on a fully boosted TT he has 91 COD. Would I be able to speed boost with him once he crosses the 90 threshold?

yes, as long as it is atleast 90 COD (stock or boosted) you can speed boost

It will not get patched. It’s a skill gap, not an exploit
